How to cancel Monday.com
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
The 30-day notice rule
Existing customers have to give 30 days notice before the subscription end date. Miss it and the plan may auto-renew and commit you to the renewed term. If the renewal is close, turning off auto-renew first is the safer move.

Cancel a product on your account
Administration → Billing, in a browser or the iOS app
- Click your profile picture and choose Administration.
- Select Billing in the left-hand menu.
- In Overview, find your product and open the three-dot menu.
- Choose Cancel product.
- Select a reason to continue. Details are optional.
- Confirm the cancellation to finish.
An account paid by invoice or wire transfer
Your account manager, not Administration
- A wire transfer or invoice subscription cannot be cancelled in Administration.
- Contact your account manager to cancel it.
A trial that has not converted
Nothing to do
- Trials deactivate automatically when they end if you have not upgraded.
- No card details were taken when the trial started.
- To stop one early, cancel the same way as a paid product.
After you cancel
Cancel without a refund and you keep access for the remainder of the paid billing period.
Cancel with a refund and access is blocked immediately as part of the refund process, so export anything you need to CSV first.
Refunds usually reach a card within 7 to 10 business days. If nothing has arrived after 10, contact support.
To confirm it worked: the product no longer shows a renewal date under Administration → Billing.
Refunds
- New customers: 30 days from the initial purchase, on a written request, prorated for unused time. Monthly renewals are excluded.
- Existing customers: the 30-day window does not apply once a subscription has renewed, so the notice period matters more than the refund.
- Invoice or wire transfer customers: the account manager handles the cancellation and any refund together.

Who can cancel a monday.com account?
Only an admin. If you are not one, ask your account admin, and monday.com support can step in if the admin is unavailable.
Can I cancel in the Android app?
No. monday.com says cancellation works in a browser or on an iOS device. On Android, sign in to monday.com in a browser instead.
What is the 30-day notice period?

Can I just turn off auto-renew?

Export what you need to CSV before cancelling with a refund, because access is blocked immediately. Without a refund you keep access until the end of the paid period, so export before that date too.
How long does a refund take?
Usually 7 to 10 business days to appear on a card. If it has not arrived after 10 business days, contact monday.com support.
I pay by invoice. Can I cancel in Administration?
No. An invoice or wire transfer subscription is cancelled by your account manager, not from the billing screen.
