How to cancel Financial Times
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to your FT account and open My Account.
- Go to the "Subscription" tab.
- Select the "Cancel subscription" option.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- All cancellations are processed at the end of your current subscription term. (For Print or Print + Digital subscriptions, contact FT Customer Care via live chat or phone instead of cancelling online.)
- If your bank statement shows Apple or Google rather than Financial Times, the subscription was bought in an app store, and cancelling on the Financial Times website will not stop it.
- Cancel it in the store instead. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
Keep track of your renewals before they charge you again.
SubCrisp is a free subscription tracker: it shows your real monthly total, warns you before renewals, and points you at the right cancellation page. No bank access and no ads.
