How to cancel Bitdefender
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Log in to your Bitdefender Central account (central.bitdefender.com).
- Go to the "My Subscriptions" section and open the "My Payments" tab.
- Click "View details" next to the product (verify the purchase email if prompted).
- Click "Manage your subscription renewal options", then "End Auto-Renewal".
- Select a reason for stopping auto-renewal, then click "End Auto-Renewal" twice to finish.
- If the option is not in My Payments, manage the subscription through the payment processor used at purchase (e.g., 2Checkout/Verifone).
- If your bank statement shows Apple or Google rather than Bitdefender, the subscription was bought in an app store, and cancelling on the Bitdefender website will not stop it.
- Cancel it in the store instead. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
- Your protection continues until the end of the paid period, then ends without renewal.
