How to cancel PureGym
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to the Member's Area on the PureGym website (menu top left > "Sign in").
- Select "Manage" on the "Your gym pass" tile, then "Manage" under "Freeze or cancel your membership".
- Select "Cancel my contract free membership" and follow the on-screen steps to end a monthly membership.
- Do this at least 4 working days before your payment date, or the next payment is still taken.
- Cancelling the direct debit with your bank also works and also takes up to 4 working days. Either way the membership ends the day before your next payment was due.
- Fixed-term memberships have to be cancelled by PureGym's Member Services team: contact them, and any refund depends on how long the membership has run.
