How to cancel Nintendo Switch Online

- Visit accounts.nintendo.com/portal and sign in with the Nintendo Account that purchased the membership.
- Select "Nintendo Switch Online".
- Select the membership you want to stop from "Valid Memberships".
- Select "Terminate automatic renewal", then select "Terminate automatic renewal" again to confirm.
- Turn auto-renewal off at least 48 hours before the membership is due to expire, or it renews.
- Your membership stays active until the end of the current term; no refunds for unused time.
