How to cancel HelloFresh
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Log in at hellofresh.co.uk, click your name at the top of the page and select "Settings".
- Select the subscription you want to cancel from the green tabs, then select "Cancel my subscription" in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Confirm on the final screen ("Your subscription is now deactivated"): you will be sent an email confirming the cancellation.
- Cancel by 11:59 PM five days before your delivery, or that box is still sent and charged.
- Skipping is often enough: you can skip deliveries for up to 4 weeks at a time without cancelling your plan.
