How to cancel Amazon Prime
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Go to amazon.co.uk/gp/primecentral in a web browser and sign in.
- Hover over "Manage Membership" at the top right of the screen, then click "End Membership".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
- If you signed up for Prime in the Android Amazon shopping app, Google bills it instead: cancel it in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancelling on the Amazon website will not stop it.
- You keep Prime benefits until the end of the current paid period.
